What information do we collect and what do we do with it?  The training element of this site is client access only. Your company supplies your name and email address for enrolment on specific courses on our site.

Email contacts: Once registered, we may send you emails about related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress or other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, survey you about your usage, or collect your feedback and views.

How do you get my consent? When you engage or participate in a course, you imply that you consent to our collecting your information and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting your own HR Department. You may also contact us directly by email.

Disclosure Training records are shared with your company Human Resources, Internal Audit or Compliance Departments, as required. Engagement with course content, assessment attempts, test scores, engagement surveys, notes and discussion topics are retained for training and development purposes. Where applicable, an audit trail of training participation is provided for regulatory and compliance purposes. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Payment We are a business to business service; your company covers participation. 

Third Party Services Our LMS is hosted by a third party. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall. In general, the providers only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Embedded website-site Links When you click on educational links on our course site (for example Youtube videos, articles, images) they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Security To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
