Founder

A professional development specialist, Stephanie helps people to develop leadership skills and competences to improve team effectiveness and organisational performance. The professional blend of commercial activities, working as a consultant, executive coach and leadership development specialist, with over twenty years as an educator with the University of Galway, Ireland, ensures that courses are evidence based with a focus on practical application.

Stephanie applies behavioural science principles to ‘nudge for good’, encouraging people to make informed decisions in financial services, health, education and professional development environments.

She holds an MBA, Post-graduates in Marketing and Management Practice, a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Sociological and Political Studies, a Fellowship with the Irish Institute of Training and Development.

We access a team of experienced Professionals engaged in Training, Further, and Higher Education. Most have a management background in their specialised areas which adds considerable value to professional training and development environments. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience developing interactive, engaging, learning content, activities, assessments and evaluation. 

For online activities our Tutor Chat room is facilitated by the team. While learners have one lead instructor,  because of the supportive nature of our programmes, the chat room is managed by team members.

We offer Learning and Development Management solutions, designing, delivering and maintaining training records and audit trails for clients in regulated industries.
